this is me vetoing mama lucias
ok, garlicky salad and spaghetti is depressing the hell out of me. i am much more down with nellie's idea of the hanawa falls firemen's hall. that way i can also relive drinking pabst blue ribbon out of a can with cathy colburn when we were 15 at the same time that i celebrate dad's 70th birthday. dad deserves better than lousy red and white table cloths and wine bottles turned into candle holders. i'm just saying. oh and this is me, catherine.

Mama Lucia's was Peter's idea--blame him. Mikey Saber's wedding (or something like that was there) and Peter enjoyed himself. If we do Hanawa, we will have to get someone like Angelo's to cater. Although I suppose it doesn't really matter who we get to cater because no one is going to be able to do a big pan of scouse properly.

Damn I wish the Quansett Steak House was still there instead of that crappy Arby's they put in there. The Quansett was truly the perfect place for any kind of gathering - they could host a post hockey tournament celebration like no other.
what if we contacted paul smith's.
maybe a student or teacher would be interested in catering.
